   Frontier Health also realizes the need for a work/life balance and offers a Paid Time Off (PTO) benefit that combines vacation, holiday, and sick time into one pool. PTO can be used at employee's discretion after initial orientation period of 90 days.
    As the costs of benefits increase yearly Frontier Health will remain proactive in the latest developments and trends in order to maintain a competitive and attractive benefits package for their most important resource - their employees!
