who are deaf or hard of hearing in 11 counties:

Services
are provided under contract with Federal and State Government Agencies,
Businesses, Industries, Hospitals, Service Agencies, Courts and
Individuals who are in need of assistance in communicating with
people who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing. Consumers who are deaf
or hard of hearing are not billed for interpreting services.
