   Frontier Health’s Crisis Response Team provides mental health crisis services including assessment and referral for individuals and families who are experiencing acute emotional and/or substance abuse problems.

Crisis services are provided in —

Eight counties of Northeast Tennessee:

       • Carter • Greene • Hancock • Hawkins

    • Johnson • Sullivan • Unicoi • Washington

The City of Bristol Tenn/Va.

Southwest Virginia:

              • Lee • Scott • Wise counties

                     • The City of Norton


    Mobile Crisis Response responds to emergencies as requested in the community. Locations include regional medical centers, community service agencies, physician’s offices and detention centers.
Services include:

• Critical Incident Stress Debriefing
• Emergency Assessment
• Referral to mental health and community
   agencies
• Outreach
• Community education
