Family Links provides short-term respite care for children who have serious emotional disturbances. We serve children age 2 to 15 for up to four hours per week.

Our services typically run six to eight weeks and referrals are provided for additional respite care. Our goal is to help parents find a permanent respite provider. Activities include play in the home and outings in the community.

Services

Family Links Planned Respite Services is tailored to meet your individual needs and unique circumstances. Together, the respite provider and your family determine your individual plan.
That plan may include short-term respite care by staff, identification of possible respite resources, and determining the child’s learning characteristics and behavior patterns that interfere with the family’s ability to secure respite.

Parenting

You can’t call in sick and you can’t take the day off when you’re a parent. But sometimes parents need time without the kids, time just for themselves. Family Links Planned Respite Services can help!
