Case Management

Case management is a service that supports your treatment by helping you figure out what services you need, empowering you through person centered planning. It links you to needed resources and community services, and providing community based support to help you get the most out of your recovery efforts. Case management can help you gain control of everyday problems, help you express your needs, make life less frantic, confused and overwhelming, and help you manage your recovery. We will work alongside you to develop a service plan, follow up to see the plan meets your needs and ensure you get the other services you require. Case management is a home/community based service.

Women's Recovery Services

Women's Recovery Services provide treatment to women at least 18 years old who are either pregnant, or have dependent children, and who have a substance use disorder or co-occurring mental health and substance use disorder. The program is designed to provide specialized treatment to deal with the unique problems women face in recovery, and to address frequently encountered barriers to treatment and recovery. Treatment is geared toward women's needs relating to sexuality, relationships, domestic violence, and all forms of victimization.

Empowering Women to Recovery: Given the powerful hold of alcohol and other drugs, the failure to control use often creates feelings of defeat, shame, and guilt. Women's Recovery Services helps empower women in their recovery and helps them build healthier families.
