Eight County Outpatient Services
Frontier Health has outpatient locations in each Tennessee county we serve: Carter, Greene, Hancock, Hawkins, Johnson, Sullivan, Unicoi and Washington. The outpatient centers provide a full range of counseling, therapy, diagnostic, substance abuse, co-occurring, crisis, education, recovery, and medication management services.
Regional programs include the mental health Crisis Stabilization Unit, Magnolia Ridge Residential Alcohol & Drug Treatment and Detoxification, Adventure Program intensive outpatient day treatment for adolescents, SAFE House Domestic Violence Shelter and the Communication Center for the Deaf & Hard of Hearing.

The Mobile Crisis Response services are available 24/7 throughout the region at 877-928-9062.
Two Frontier Industries programs for intellectual, developmental and other disabilities that focus on vocational rehabilitation, job development and daily living skills training are centrally located. Programs to continue recovery for mental illness and addiction are three Victory Center programs that provide a Recovery Education Center, and Peer Support Centers in six counties. Supported living programs for people who have serious and persistent mental illness and/or intellectual and developmental disabilities are available throughout Northeast Tennessee. Frontier Health has diversified funding sources including state and federal grants, fees and support from area United Way agencies and local governments.
