It is the policy of Frontier
Health to provide a safe, productive work environment. Frontier
Health will not tolerate verbal or physical conduct by any employee,
which harasses, disrupts, or interferes with another's work performance
or which creates an intimidating, offensive, or hostile environment.
Employees are expected to act in a positive manner and contribute
to a productive work environment that is free of harassing or disruptive
activity. No form of harassment will be tolerated.
Employees who use drugs or who work while under the influence of
drugs or alcohol present a safety hazard to themselves, fellow employees
and clients. Moreover, the use of drugs and alcohol by employees
limits their ability to function effectively in the accomplishment
of their daily duties and in providing quality services to clients.
Therefore, employees are prohibited, while on duty or on company
property, from being under the influence of alcohol or non-prescription
drugs.
