GRAY, Tenn. – Frontier Health Foundation is proud to announce the appointment of Chloe Campbell, LMSW, as its new Regional Community Development Director. In this role, Campbell will oversee fundraising efforts, cultivate strategic community partnerships, and help expand the reach and impact of Frontier Health throughout Northeast Tennessee and Southwest Virginia.
Campbell brings more than a decade of experience in the nonprofit sector, with a diverse background that spans both clinical practice and organizational leadership. Her previous roles include serving as a school-based therapist, director of programs, and most recently, director of operations and human resources at Summit Leadership Foundation.
A licensed master social worker, Campbell earned her Master of Science in Social Work with honors from the University of Tennessee. She has held leadership positions on several local boards and committees, including the East Tennessee Foundation’s Washington County Community Fund, 4thirTEEN Ministries, RiseUP! and Johnson University’s Urban Alliance. In addition to her service, she has led professional trainings on ethics, leadership, and nonprofit best practices.
Deeply passionate about trauma-informed care, community empowerment, and improving the client experience, Campbell brings a strong sense of purpose to her new role. Through her leadership at the Frontier Health Foundation, she will help advance Frontier’s mission to improve lives, strengthen communities, and reduce the stigma surrounding mental and behavioral health—through advocacy, fundraising, and public engagement.
