NOT DEFINED BY DISABILITY
People “have” intellectual and developmental disabilities — they are not “defined” by them. Frontier Health’s caring, trained staff provide support so individuals can take steps to achieve their personal level of independence. They learn to make their choices, find friends who understand them, work and earn money, exercise their rights and become an important member in their community.
If you, or someone you love, need these services, or you need to plan for future services, call the facility nearest you.
