Frontier Health – Sullivan House

Group Home for males ages 13 to 18 who are referred by Juvenile Courts in Bristol, Kingsport, and Sullivan County or who are in the custody of DCS. Youth may be delinquent, unruly, or chronically truant from school. This program assists youths by re-evaluating goals, engaging family in process and providing the entire family with the tools to help youth successfully
re-integrate into a family setting at discharge.
