Due to our region’s challenging and changing landscape around both hiring and retaining team members, Sr. Leadership proposed an accelerated pay proposal to the Frontier Health Board, which was approved in December, to increase wages throughout Frontier Health. This new pay proposal is effective January 3, 2022. This will bring our minimum pay up to $13.50 an hour and significantly increase pay rates for additional positions within our organization. Starting rates for Master’s Level Therapists, Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Case Managers are increasing by more than $4.00 an hour bringing the starting rate for Licensed Therapist’s to $23.75 an hour, Licensed-Eligible Masters Therapists’ to $21.75 an hour, LPN’s to $19.85 an hour, Case Managers to $18.27 an hour, and Direct Support Specialists are now starting at $14.50 an hour. In addition, all full-time positions include an excellent benefits package.
