Frontier Health Receives Gold Level Better Workplace Tennessee Recognition

Johnson City, TN — Frontier Health has received Gold Level Recognition through Better Workplace Tennessee for its commitment to workplace mental health, employee well-being, and trauma-informed workplace practices.

The recognition was presented by Dr. Wallace Dixon, Director of the ETSU/Ballad Health Strong BRAIN Institute, honoring organizations that foster healthy, supportive, and resilient workplace environments.
