Outpatient Services

Welcome

We are glad you are here. Our team is here to help you feel better, stay supported, and reach your goals. We offer Therapy, Case Management, and Medication Management services. These services work together to support you.

Therapy Services

Therapy is a place where you can talk openly and safely. You will meet with a trained therapist who listens, helps you understand your feelings, and supports you in making positive changes. Therapy is not a quick fix but requires patience and commitment. We don’t go to the gym 1-2 times and expect our bodies to change and this applies to therapy, too. You and your provider will work together to define specific, measurable goals for therapy that are tailored to your individual needs. In order to help you achieve your goals, there will be assignments and tasks to complete in between therapy sessions. It is important that assignments are completed and that you are prepared for your sessions. Therapy services are individualized, and the duration of services will depend on your needs and goals.

Case Management Services

If you have TennCare or Safety Net coverage, you qualify for Case Management Services—at no cost to you! When you enroll, you’ll be paired with a dedicated Case Manager—a trusted member of your care team who is here to support you, advocate for you, and help make life easier. Case Managers can assist in removing barriers to getting the care you need, provide extra support between therapy and/or medication appointments, help coordinate your care across different providers and programs, connect you with community resources such as transportation, housing support, school advocacy, employment programs, and more! They are here to educate, advocate, and support—so you can get the most out of your services.

Medication Management

Some people benefit from medication as part of their care. Our psychiatric providers can help decide if medication may be helpful for you. They will check how the medication is working and talk with you about making changes if needed and explain any side effects.

Appointments & Attendance

Keeping appointments helps you get the most out of your care. If you need to cancel, please call at least 24 hours before your appointment. Missing or late appointments may result in alternative scheduling and/or your case being closed. Telehealth visits may be available if you cannot attend in person.
