Frontier Health to Host School Summit Focused on Student Relationships and
Trauma-Informed Practices
KINGSPORT, TN — April 10, 2026 — Frontier Health will host its upcoming School Summit on April 10, 2026, bringing together educators, school staff, and community members for a morning of learning, collaboration, and professional development.
The event will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at First Presbyterian Church, located at 100 W Church Circle, Kingsport, Tennessee.This year’s summit will feature Eric Johnson as the keynote presenter. Johnson will lead discussions centered on critical topics impacting today’s classrooms, including:
- Building strong student relationships
- Trauma-informed engagement strategies
- Creating positive classroom culture
- Effective communication techniques
- Developing meaningful staff-student rapport
The School Summit is designed to equip educators and school professionals with practical tools and insights to better support student well-being and academic success. The event is open to educators, administrators, and school support staff interested in enhancing their impact on student outcomes through relationship-driven and evidence-based practices.
