There will be a free Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) Facilitator training from Oct. 31 through Nov. 4, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. The event, at Frontier Health’s corporate office, covers the 5 key concepts of recovery, foundation of WRAP- Wellness Toolbox, and the 6 parts of WRAP. WRAP Facilitators can use this training to work with individuals or groups to develop a WRAP. WRAP can be used by anyone who wants to achieve wellness in their lives. An evidenced based practice, WRAP was developed by Mary Ellen Copeland, PhD.
