Frontier Health, Virginia’s Place

Virginia’s Place is an 18-bed residential re-entry housing program for adult males with severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI) or SPMI with co-occurring substance use disorder. The program provides residents with long-term housing in a safe, structured, and stable environment with 24-hour supervision. Residents are encouraged to participate in support services such as case management, personal care services, training in community living skills, independent living skills development, and medical and rehabilitation services. Residents are also informed and encouraged to participate in community services such as Individual Placement and Support/Supported Employment, Certified Peer Recovery Support, and SSI/SSDI Outreach, Access, and Recovery (SOAR).
