Operating throughout Northeast Tennessee, TRACES Therapeutic Foster Care & Adoptions serves youth in state custody, ages birth to 18. Foster parents who are recruited and intensively trained by TRACES staff help prepare youth for reunification with family, or adoption. The goal is to provide a therapeutic home-like environment and develop a viable, long-term permanency plan as quickly as possible.
